Important information

Can children join the experience at the distillery?

Due to health and safety reasons, only children aged 8–17 are permitted in the distillery.

Any children under the age of 8 are more than welcome in the visitor centre as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 

Are these tickets valid for any of the scheduled tours?

No, these tickets are only valid for passengers booked on the Invergordon Shore Excursion: Inverness City, Cawdor Castle and Highland Whisky.

What is the cancellation policy for the distillery visit tickets?

Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour date.

Can I still get entry tickets upon arrival if I don't book them in advance?

If you choose not to pre-book entry tickets to Glen Ord Distillery, you might be able purchase them at the site, however these are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
